Returns and Exchanges

We hope you're in love with your purchase, but in case you're not, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss the process for a return, store credit, exchange, or in exceptional cases, a refund.

Please note: Each Broadlands Co. item is sewn lovingly from hand and may include reclaimed fabrics which feature marks, spots, mends and stains. After textiles are carefully launder and inspected, any imperfection that have found their way into a finished garment has been thoughtfully considered to add character, story and uniqueness to the garment.  Please review all images and product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

Return Policy: 

  • Store Credit: Requests for store credit can be made within 14 days of delivery. Store credit returns are free of charge, with return shipping covered by us.
  • Original Payment Method: Returns to the original payment method are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Return shipping is covered by us. 
  •  

    **All returns and exchanges must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these guidelines**

    Final Sale: Sale items and international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

      Return Shipping: Returned items must be shipped within 6 days of receiving the return label. Please provide a tracking number for the return, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
